Baby Towel with Hood Cover

Good evening.  Today we are going to show you how to make a different style of hood cover for the baby towel.  You will need to sew your towel as we indicated on last Wednesday's blog.  For this style hood, you will need a 12" x 12" piece of terry cloth just like before.

Next you will pin right sides together and stitch.

After you do this, you will need to stitch the sides by turning 1/4" and then another 1/4" to finish off the edge.  You may instead, add a trim or another color like we did on the first one.  This is up to your preference.

Next you will attach the right side to the towel and stitch along the edge.  We stitched a double stitch to reinforce it.

You are now finished and have a little hood attached on your towel.  We did this all in white but you could do it in two colors just like we did prior.
